Join us as we celebrate Literacy Week from January 26 through January 30! This fun-filled week encourages a love of reading through daily activities and spirit days for students.
Daily Themes:
Monday – Bookmark Day
Students will make a bookmark at school to kick off the week and get excited about reading.
Tuesday – Have a “Well Read” Day
Show your reading spirit by wearing red!
Wednesday – Wild About Reading
Wear animal prints or the color of your favorite animal.
Thursday – Reading Makes You Bright
Students may wear sunglasses to show how reading lights up their minds.
Friday – Hats Off for Reading
Finish the week strong by wearing a hat to celebrate our readers!
