We are excited to announce that the Great American Teach-In is coming to CWTES on Tuesday, November 18, 2025!

On this special day, we invite parents, family members, and community professionals to come into our classrooms and share about their careers with our students. This is a wonderful chance for children to see the many paths their future could take and to be inspired by the amazing work happening in our community.

✨ What we’re looking for:

• Presenters who can talk about their jobs and careers (not hobbies).

• Age-appropriate presentations, stories, or demonstrations that show students what you do in your work.

• A variety of speakers from all fields — healthcare, business, education, trades, law enforcement, arts, technology, and more!

We would love to welcome many, many different presenters so our students can learn about the wide world of opportunities ahead of them!

Join us on Wednesday, Sept. 24 at 8:30 a.m. for our All-Pro Dad meeting!

This program is open to all father figures, who want to spend meaningful time with children and gain simple, practical ideas for leading their families with love and purpose.

Mark your calendars—Monday, September 29, 2025 is Picture Day!

All students will have their photos taken, so just come ready with your best smile. These pictures will be used for the yearbook and school records, and families will also have the option to purchase photo packages.

We can’t wait to capture these special memories!

This Thursday, Sept. 18th, we’re celebrating National Rice Krispy Treat Day with a sweet surprise!  Students who select a complete lunch meal will receive a FREE mini Rice Krispy Treat with their tray!  Let’s make lunch a little more sweet and a lot more fun!
