CWTES Front Office Procedures

Due to Covid19, we will continue some of the safety guidelines from the 2021- 2022 school year. We appreciate your support in keeping us all safe and well! These procedures will be fluid all year and may change.

1.For ANY services that you may require, please call the front office between the hours of 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday to set up an appointment (813)794-6900.

2.When you get to the office door, ring the bell. You will be asked to show ID via camera prior to entering the building and stating purpose of you visit.

3.If you are picking your child up from school, please call on your way to school to let us know how far away you are. Have your ID ready, we will need to see ID each time you visit.

4.We will allow two families at a time to show ID to pick your child up and sign them out. If you are coming for an appointment, please be mindful that we have a small space in the front office. We ask that only two family members attend.

If your child is tardy, please walk them to the door, ring the bell and wait until someone opens the door to let your child in. Do not just leave your child at the door or in the car line.

How to Create a Parent Portal Account on myStudent

Parents, below is a video on how to create a parent portal account for myStudent. If you have not done it, please do asap as we will need you using this portal this year for various things.

Setting up a myStudent Parent Portal Account

1. Navigate to the Pasco County Schools Website

2. Selecting the Parents menu https://www.pasco.k12.fl.us/parents

3. Select Check Grades under the Parent Links menu

Area located on the right side of the screen.

4. Click the Link to register a new account or add another student to your account

5. Follow the appropriate prompts for Registering, Add a Child or Password help

6. You will be required to enter the Parent Pin# Student ID and Student’s Birthdate

7. Select Add Student

(Parent Pin#, Student ID# call the school office for)
